I have bought 4 of these, three to replace broken or lost chargers. I have found the Korean website, tried every electronics store in New York for replacement charger. I am now $ 260 into a $ 65 item just to keep it charged. It seems my last charger was probably thrown away at the car wash.

YES I AM PLEASED WITH MY BLUETOOTH WIRELESS HANDS-FREE CAR KIT,HOWEVER I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED TO HAVE RECIEVED THE OPTIONAL IDEMS ALSO,NAMELY THE EARPHONE AND THE AC/DC ADAPTER.WOULD IT BE POSSIBLE FOR ME TO ORDER THEM ON LINE?

I have tried different types of blue tooth set ups and this is the best. This is the next best thing to having a car with it built in. When I get in the car, flip it open and I am ready to go. No more fumbling with ear pieces and getting my phone to set nearby. I don’t even take my phone out of my pocket. Great as a potable speaker phone using it in my office. Easily detatched from my visor with the strong magnets and most people do not know it’s there.
The only thing I don’t like is that it is hard to see the buttons to hang up or answer but after a few days I could rememeber what side they were on.
Great product!!! I wish I had this product many year ago before I wasted all my money on ear pieces.

I just bought this and it seems to work OK except for the phonebook. There is a button to call 1 emergency number, but if you want to call anyone else you have to go through an elaborate series of clicks to enter the first letter of the contact then choose the contact. As I only plan to have a few entries in there for the people I call the most, this is quite annoying. I would rather be able to just scroll through a few choices with a big up/down button. Voice command is an extra $40 for my smartphone, so I’m not using the voice-dialing feature either. If you’re plan on using this just to answer calls or will originate through your handset, then this is probably a good enough unit for you. Though for the money you could probably get a refurb GPS with built-in bluetooth and get two for 1.

This product is easy to use but not good for a noisy sports car. The sound quality is just not there with alot of background noise. Great item for older person to use in vehicle, due to ease of use. Buy for Grandma or Grandpa as Christmas present would be perfect for them.
