I ordered this package and selected overnight delivery so I would have it for the weekend. I received confirmation of the order and one day delivery for 7/3.

When tracking it on UPS I found that it is not scheduled to be delivered until 7/8, 5 days later.

I have had this grill for about 3 years which if it wasn’t dangerous, I would say it at least held up quality wise. However, the burners (once replaced) explode when you try to start it. I have learned to open the lid, light the burners, leave it open and STAND BACK. In about 10-15 seconds, the entire surface erupts in a huge fire ball… I finally decided it wasn’t worth risking my life to have a piece of grilled chicken and am now looking for another bbq. Also, another drawback to this unit is that although you can control the heat, it’s one burner…so no matter where you cook on the grill, it’s the same temperature all over. There are also SEVERAL cold spots. In fact, there was really only one spot on this grill that actually cooked. The rest of the food would eventually get hot but never looked bbq’d. I would not recommend this to anyone unless it’s for just taking to the beach or something for an occasional use. Customer service was also very poor…

  3. I purchased this as a Christmas gift which was delivered to my daughter. The grill stand arrived damaged. We were told to return this immediately and they would forward a new grill as soon as we could provide a tracking number. My daughter returned the grill, called with the tracking number and was told they could not send a replacement because there was a problem with the stand. She waited for three weeks, reordered this grill and again, the grill came with a damaged stand. This time, she was told they would send a stand to replace the damaged one — we will see.

I ordered the Weber Q320 from Amazon due to Weber’s reputation in the marketplace. I wish there was a 0 star rating. What you are about to read is not Amazon’s fault.

Q320 arrived missing parts (screws & axel for the cart) and the grill lid was damaged. I called Weber and asked them to send replacements. They agreed and said they would arrive in two separate Fed Ex shipments. The first Fed Ex arrived today…wrong parts…screws were incorrect and instead of an axel, I received a burner tube for the Weber Q300….that’s right…parts were not even for my grill. When I called back, they said…”we show your grill lid was delivered today.” Well, I’m looking at it…and a burner tube is not a grill lid.

Spoke to two reps and one guy told me that he doubted that the grill lid was on the way, so he was sending another.

And so it goes with Weber. I have a useless grill and I’m waiting on two more Fed Ex shipments. I seriously doubt I will ever get the correct parts. I called Amazon and they said they will schedule a Fed Ex pick up if I want to end my Weber Nightmare and send the whole thing back…sounds like a good idea. Amazon understands customer service, Weber does not.

In short, despite Weber’s reputation…they have zero quality control. Customer service is just awful. What a waste of time…and never any offer to make it right or any kind of offer.

After kicking myself about not ordering a Weber Q320 grill from Amazon during the winter, YESTERDAY (now 3 or 4 days ago), I went to Amazon.com and located the item and it iINCLUDED FREE SUPER SAVING SHIPPING. I was concerned because the product description lacked info it used to state about Q 320. i.e., that the gas hose, heating rack, light, cooking guide were included.

I decided to check to see if I could pick one up near my home for about the same price. Although Home Depot and Lowes show them on line while individual stores do not stock them (but ship free) with a price $10 more than Amazon.

So I decide to go back to amazon and order, BUT what do I find? – a more or less incomprehensible notice that the item is on hold with a pie in the sky wording related to giving the world’s best service.”

So I tried again the next day. Guess what? It’s back in the listings and through the same seller at the same $349. price BUT NO SUPER SAVING SHIPPING AND A COST OF $44.+ to ship.

I told Amazon how disappointed I was that super saving eligibility has been removed after always having been there. I swear it had been there I’d bet for years. I told Amazon that I guess that if the economy improves a bit the bean counters get greedy. I’ve been recommending Amazon to folks, but I think those days are over. In a lengthy reply they said super saving only applies to items shipped by Amazon itself. That wasn’t the policy several days or months ago. I reccommend finding free shipping elsewhere. As of today Amazon has a new seller and the price of the Q 320 is now $397. plus shipping. If I were shopping Amazon now I’d look elsewhere.
